InBulk Technologies™ has its roots in pneumatic conveying technology developed by Clyde Blowers. InBulk Technologies™ has developed the ISO-Veyor with complete flexibility in mind. The ISO-Veyor™ can be engineered to suite a variety of applications and materials.
Design
Our highly experienced engineers manage the design and manufacture of ISO-Veyors™ to suite exact project requirements.
Quality
ISO-Veyors™ are designed to ASME V111 Div 1, they are constructed in Accordance with ISO 1496-3 (Dry Bulk Container) CSC, UIC, TIR. All vessels and fittings can be certified to European Pressure Directive PED97/23/EC and CE Marked. All our equipment is classified and approved by a Third Party Inspection Authority.
Service
In order to back up our products in the field, InBulk utilise the best Service Engineers with many years practical experience in the installation and operation of ‘dense phase conveying systems’.
Material Testing
It is common to find that materials that are similar in particle size and bulk density actually convey very differently. Therefore it is important that materials are tested extensively, so that we may truly understand what is the most effective and efficient means of transporting a material.
At InBulk Technologies™ , we are focused on delivering the most efficient, effective and economically beneficial solutions in the marketplace.
The InBulk Test House supports us with this objective as the tests we carry out on materials we receive on a daily and weekly basis fuel our research and development efforts, were we develop innovative ISO-Veyor™ solutions for a wide variety of dry bulk or semi solid materials.
Material Characterisation
Determines how easily a material may convey and establishes the boundaries for which conveying data is valid. Particle density, poured bulk density, mean and particle size distribution as well as moisture content provide excellent indicators as to how a material may discharge from an ISO-Veyor™.
Conveying Performance
Tests how a material will convey under plant circumstances, determining conveying distance, pipe routes...To simulate plant conditions, the InBulk Test House is able to convey through pipe sizes from 25mm to 100mm, over a distance from 10 to 500 metres, with as few as 2 bends, or as many as 31.
Benefits of Material Testing
The InBulk Test House provides many exciting benefits that support the creation of solutions that can reliably, effectively and efficiently manage the movement of material from an ISO-Veyor™.
By thoroughly testing respective materials, the data provided can be used to shape the correct choice of ISO-Veyor™ with respect to Bulk Density and Particle size distribution.
In addition, the InBulk Test House has an extensive repository of material test data to call upon, significantly reducing the time required to understand the unique characteristics of specific materials.
Pneumatic Conveying Expertise
Through our sister company, Clyde Materials Handling, who specialise in ‘dense phase systems’, we possess the ‘in-house’ expertise to design and commission pneumatic conveying systems at either the loading or unloading stages of the process. Furthermore CMH have a wealth of experience in the design and implementation of bespoke systems for a multitude of applications and clients throughout the World. We would be pleased to discuss your specific requirements.
Designed to suit you.
The ISO-Veyor™ can come in various size configurations, specifications and material of construction. At InBulk Technologies™, we can custom design an ISO-Veyor to suit your specific material needs. We do this to maximise possible payloads, decrease discharge time and decrease residues to a minimum.
