Through our patented design, ISO-Veyors™ draw upon Clyde Blowers’ comprehensive experience in the area of dense phase pneumatic conveying.  Dense phase conveying is a relatively gentle process where there is minimal degradation of the conveying materials. Ideal for fragile materials which can become damaged or spoiled during transfer.  All that is required to facilitate discharge is a 2 Bar G air supply.  Dense phase pneumatic conveying is suitable for transporting difficult, abrasive or friable materials and pushes material along a pipe in the form of a plug at relatively low velocity.  This means minimal wear on pipes/bends, promoting minimal maintenance and long life.  Efficient use of compressed air also gives lower power consumption and ongoing energy costs.
